Customer Returns Specialist

ABOUT THE POSITION:

We are looking for a Customer Returns Specialist to join our Customer Service Team on a temporary assignment. This is expected to be at least a 6-month assignment that could lead to full time employment. The selected candidate will manage inquiries for the Returns department, including Stock, Core and Incorrect/Damaged Product Returns, in addition to Core Buy-Backs. You will work closely with Warehouse departments to ensure correct credits are issued. This position will support Materials and logistics departments to file claims for damaged or incorrect products delivered to the end users and will support the Accounting department to ensure correct credits are issued. You will:

• Evaluate all Return Authorization requests to the company and validate reasons for the return.
• Ensure all returns comply with the company terms and conditions.
• Issue instructions for RMAs.
• Ensure stock is returned to the correct Raymond warehouse.
• Follow warehouse processes and procedures.
• Build relationships with clients by phone and e-mail; maintain our clients trust with open and honest communication.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
