Description:

We’re looking for a new Customer Safety Administrator to join our Fire Safety Team until 31 March 2025, where you’ll support with the delivery of Monthly Fire Safety Inspections.
You’ll work closely with our Customer Fire Safety Supervisor & Inspectors to co-ordinate and make sure the smooth delivery of our fire safety inspections of communal areas is achieved including any follow-on work. This will include raising jobs, assisting with access issues, organising removal of customer items from communal areas into storage and eventual return or disposal keeping our data up to date.
Strong admin experience is required, as well as a passion for spreadsheets. You’ll be working in a small team to make sure our customers properties are safe and our records are accurate. You will also be delivering excellent customer service to our internal and external customers, with prompt responses to emails and excellent communication skills. You’ll bring a self-motivated, enthusiastic and solution focused attitude to the role.
We offer hybrid working so, when you’re not working from home, you’ll be able to be based out of either out Eastleigh office (SO50 6AD), Horndean office (PO8 9NN), Bracknell office (RG12 1RF) or our Yeovil office (BA22 8WN)
