We are seeking a Customer Sales Advisor to join our Customer Market Support team. This is a full-time, 16 month term position. This role works out of Loewen’s corporate office in Steinbach, MB.

• Provide an exceptional level of service to our Dealers and Customers
• Promote Loewen windows, doors, and accessories to our customers
• Develop and foster relationships with Sales Support Services, internal and external customers in all areas of the business
• Answer customer inquiries, prepare quotations, and receive, enter, and maintain customer orders efficiently and accurately
• Assist in the introduction of company news, policies, and procedures
• Communicate important customer account information to the Sales Support team
• Process credits and debits on Dealer accounts efficiently and accurately
• Testing of Quoting tool as required to support development of the tool
• Flexibility to provide overtime to support the business
• Other duties as assigned
