WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Technical Customer Sales Representative. As a key member of the customer service team, you will handle inbound and outbound customer communications to ensure an outstanding customer experience. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing quotes, processing orders and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. The successful candidate will spend their first three months on the production floor learning our culture and building their technical knowledge to ensure the best possible customer experience.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

· Fabrication experience in a similar environment is considered an asset
· Ability to manage multiple customers, and their demands as well adjust to customer and company demands seamlessly.
· Ability to interpret and use Blueprints to generate quotes
· Experience working in ERP systems
· Knowledge of General Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality control and logistics
· Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite of Products
· Strong command of English language both verbally and written
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Responsibilities:

· Act as a single point of contact between Company and Client.
· Manage customer relationships, communicate with customers, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
· Generate Quotes for services based on material, labor, sub-contract, and hardware required to manufacture customers products.
· Hosting meeting with customers
· Collaborate with manufacturing teams to communicate on production issues, quality concerns, or delivery delays to ensure feedback to the customer is accurate.
· Recommend cost reductions on existing products for customers.
· Provide feedback on recurring customer issues and provide continuous improvement ideas
· Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
