Description:

Customer Service should be able to work in a fast-paced environment. They handle customer inquiries and high call volume while ensuring customer feel valued and heard.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Preferably a graduate of a 4-year course related to the job.
  • At least 1 year experience as Admin Clerk or Customer Service Staff
  • High-quality communication skills, both verbal and written (including email)
  • Collaborative and team-oriented
  • Able to multitask
  • Interpersonal Intelligence
  • With pleasing personality
  • Good in public speaking
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel and Word

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, emails, or chat
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently
  • Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transaction
  • Escalate customer issues to the appropriate department or manager as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
  • Meet or exceed performance targets, such as call volume and resolution time
  • Adapt to new technologies and processes as they are implemented
  • Provide feedback to management on customer issues, concerns, and trends.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Process permits
