Description:
Customer Service should be able to work in a fast-paced environment. They handle customer inquiries and high call volume while ensuring customer feel valued and heard.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferably a graduate of a 4-year course related to the job.
- At least 1 year experience as Admin Clerk or Customer Service Staff
- High-quality communication skills, both verbal and written (including email)
- Collaborative and team-oriented
- Able to multitask
- Interpersonal Intelligence
- With pleasing personality
- Good in public speaking
- Familiar with Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Excel and Word
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, emails, or chat
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound calls
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transaction
- Escalate customer issues to the appropriate department or manager as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and concerns
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Meet or exceed performance targets, such as call volume and resolution time
- Adapt to new technologies and processes as they are implemented
- Provide feedback to management on customer issues, concerns, and trends.
- Provide excellent customer service.
