Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Customer Service Administrator will be responsible for clerical and administrative support to the NRV Team, ensuring frontline services are provided in an effective, efficient and professional manner
This position can be based out of Our Somerton office.

THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE ARE:

  • General administrative and reception tasks including but not limited to, answering phone calls, emails, incoming/outgoing mail, letters, notices, reports, memos and general queries
  • Provision of excellent customer service to stakeholders at all levels
  • Maintain, build and create relationships with existing stakeholders and new stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of social media, monitor any sales leads, and increase engagement on all platforms.
  • Support & ensure all administrations duties are attended too.
  • Following up outstanding invoices with suppliers as required
  • Assisting with the accurate and timely administration of all site related information e.g. entering/processing of invoices, administration of compliance and security certificates, maintenance of various databases and preparation of reports as required
  • Timely response to all warranty submissions.
  • Accurate and timely submission of site timesheets.
  • Other reasonable tasks as directed by the company.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL DEMONSTRATE

  • Experience in the Caravan Industry preferred although not essential.
  • Proven experience in a similar clerical/administrative role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Proven experience in a similar clerical/administrative role
  • Strong planning, organization and data management skills.
  • Works well in group problem solving situations.
  • Excellent time management skills with confidence to seek assistance and advice when required
  • Knowledge and Experience of standard Microsoft Office programs
  • ERP experience preferred although not essential.
