Job Summary

Our team in Poland is offering a Customer Service Administrator position in our Flavors Department.
The primary function is to provide commercial, administrative, and project support for the Account Managers in the country.
The role involves direct daily contact with customers, maintaining and improving the high level of customer service that IFF is really proud of.
Building solid and trustful relationships with both external customers and internal IFF cross-functional & regional departments is a key responsibility as well. Teamwork and operating as One IFF is essential.
The position is an office based position in Warsaw, Poland.
Main responsibilities
- Direct contact with customers via phone and email the language of communication is English and Polish
- Providing Sales Support to 5 managers •
- Coordinate with IFF functions for task completion like preparing price offer, create documents and book samples
- Coordinate communications between customer and IFF departments like Regulatory, Creation and Customer Service.
- Coordinate project briefs through SalesForce from admin point of view.
- Monitor project timelines and progress and keep updated Sales Manager and customers.
- Track samples, quotations & documentation for customers.
- Update databases in IFF Microsoft Team environment.
- Organize internal and external calls and meetings between IFF Creation and Design team and the customers.
Required skills:
- Bachelor degree in any relevant field
- Polish and English Fluent in
- Flexible mindset, excellent interpersonal skills
- Computing skills: Excel, MS Office
- 1 year of customer service/support experience is nice to have
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines
- Strong communication
- Results driven, customer oriented
- Solid problem solving skills, detail-oriented
- Be a team player and have the ability to listen, comprehend and effectively communicate to obtain positive results
