ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • A qualification in administration or a business-related field is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in customer service (in-person, phone, and email).
  • Proficiency in data entry and basic accounting or invoicing.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Experience with computer systems and/or communication platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with a calm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to generate customer communications and manage expectations.
  • Ability to collect data and compile reports.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, resourceful, and hands-on individual to join our team. In this role, you will support day-to-day customer service and administrative tasks as we integrate with our newly acquired partner, Kaizen Energy. You’ll work closely with the billing, accounts, and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient service for our customers. Full training and support on all systems and processes will be provided.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide daily customer support through phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Deliver administrative support for the billing, finance, and credit control teams.
  • Manage customer account settlements and new customer registrations.
  • Address and resolve customer queries and issues promptly.
  • Assist in improving customer service systems and processes.
  • Support the mobilization of new contracts.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team while also working independently when needed.
