  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently or collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service Administrator to join a growing team. In this role, you will ensure smooth customer interactions, manage the phone system, and support client and business hospitality. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and suppliers, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Manage the phone system and ensure excellent customer communication.
  • Process customer orders, track shipments, and provide delivery updates.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and transportation teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, customer interactions, and logistics data.
  • Assist in preparing invoices, shipping documents, and other administrative tasks.
  • Support the sales and finance teams with hospitality and customer engagement.
