Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
Customer Service Advisor - Wigan - Full-Time; 40 Hours per week - £23,795.20 per annum.
Working hours are:
Monday-Friday: early shift: 08:00-1700 and late shift:11:00 – 20:00 and
Weekends: 08:00-17:00
Breaks are:
15-minute break in morning
60 minute unpaid lunch break
15-minute paid break in afternoon
You will work 5 days of 7 any of the above shifts.

An exciting opening has arisen for a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team based in the customer service centre in Wigan. If you thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere, are organised, and have an eye for detail, then this role is made for you!

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Answering customer enquiries via telephone and email in line with APCOA service level standards (training provided)
- Use knowledge of processes, laws, and policies to advise customers.
- Undertake clerical tasks in line with KPIs and within SLAs.
