Responsibilities:

ROLE PURPOSE

Our fantastic First Year Customer Service Team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer support. Join our team and kickstart your career in customer service!
You will be enrolled onto our bespoke customer service training programme to enable you to deliver to our customer service standards. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with furniture repairs, warranty claims and general queries. This is a great opportunity for those wishing to change career entering the customer service field.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails from customers, addressing their concerns and providing accurate information
  • Assist with schedule in furniture, repair appointments and coordinating logistics
  • Collaborate with technicians and other team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Maintain a positive attitude on contribute to a supportive work environment
  • Performing general administrative tasks within our company’s bespoke system and client systems
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and contribute positively as a team player
