Responsibilities:
AS PART OF THIS ROLE, YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Answering calls from customers and internal transfer line, in addition to making outbound calls to customers, delivery partners and CSC’s.
- Responding to emails from customers, delivery partners and CSC’s.
- Asking the right questions to match customers with the correct delivery/receipt details.
- Meeting every customer with empathy and understanding.
- Offering support services i.e. booking installation checks.
- Working within strict SLA’s.
- Assessing quotations and images.
- Negotiating settlements.
- Liaising with our Delivery Partners and manufacturers.
- Ensuring that the correct outcome is reached.
