Description:

Responsibilities:

AS PART OF THIS ROLE, YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Answering calls from customers and internal transfer line, in addition to making outbound calls to customers, delivery partners and CSC’s.
  • Responding to emails from customers, delivery partners and CSC’s.
  • Asking the right questions to match customers with the correct delivery/receipt details.
  • Meeting every customer with empathy and understanding.
  • Offering support services i.e. booking installation checks.
  • Working within strict SLA’s.
  • Assessing quotations and images.
  • Negotiating settlements.
  • Liaising with our Delivery Partners and manufacturers.
  • Ensuring that the correct outcome is reached.
