QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a service or automotive environment.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a creative and proactive approach.
- Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written); additional language skills are a plus.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
