We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a creative problem solver, and has exceptional communication skills. As the first point of contact for our service department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive an outstanding experience. This role demands strong phone skills, a customer-first attitude, and a sales-driven mindset to maximize every opportunity.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a service or automotive environment.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a creative and proactive approach.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written); additional language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
