Overview:
Gallagher Bassett are expanding its team and is currently seeking Customer Service Advisors to join us at our Ipswich Waterfront Offices.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Advisor. In this role, you will be first point of contact for inbound calls into our growing Frontline Division. You will be fully trained to handle a variety of calls ranging from initial claim logging through to claim queries.
This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career within the insurance industry, as personal development and role progression is firmly at the centre of the organisation.
We are specifically looking for individuals who are brilliant communicators, possess strong computer skills, and can demonstrate empathy towards customers navigating potentially stressful situations.
Entry level position
No previous experience required as full training provided, and we offer an excellent progression programme as well as qualification support.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Accurately record customer claim details following set processes.
- Provide exceptional customer experience on all contacts.
- Proactively look for opportunities to improve processes.
About you:
- Can effectively communicate with others.
- Ability to input details onto computer systems.
- Displays enthusiasm and commitment, willing to own problems and take responsibility for own actions.
- Empathy and the ability to remain calm and composed when dealing with customers in potentially stressful situations
- Strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers
- Computer literate
- GCSEs, or equivalent including English and Maths
