Description:

LOCATION: JAMES STREET, YORK

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and self-driven person to join our Customer Service team as a Customer Service Advisor.
We repair a range of consumer devices for both the general public and business customers. As we are dealing with other peoples devices in a time of need, we are looking for caring, patient and helpful people to assist our customers throughout their customer journey with us.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Answering email enquiries and providing quotations
  • Following up customer enquiries with a telephone call
  • Booking in customer orders
  • Organising collection and deliveries
  • Diagnosing faults based on customers information
  • Liaising with repair staff
  • Any other duties related to the role
  • 1st line complaint handling
    Experience is not essential but preferred and training will be given.

Job Duties:

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
  • Record customer information within our customer service database
  • Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies
