What will you do?
As a German speaking Customer Service Advisor, you will be supporting and providing outstanding customer service over the phone to both our customers and our field technicians across Germany.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound calls and outbound calls to customers and technicians regarding appointments/problem resolution
  • Handling and recording complaints
  • Responding to and managing the ‘Live Chat’
  • Responding to customer reviews
  • Ensuring that customer SLAs are met
  • Respecting the value of information by following Likewize’s data protection / information security policies and procedures

What do you need?

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Time management - you need to be able to prioritise between dealing with customers and managing the back office
  • Dealing with objections while maintaining and developing the relationship with the customer
  • Working in a fast-paced environment and achieving monthly targets and KPIs
  • Ability to problem solve and multitask
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Must be fluent in both English & German
