Description:
Transdev are seeking to appoint reliable and professional people to work in a busy and varied role where customer interaction and decision making are key. As a Customer Service Advisor you will need to be proactive in delivering exceptional customer service to all passengers, drivers and Heathrow colleagues at all times whether working at the Central Bus Station, the Terminal forecourts or West Ramp Coach Park.
You will need to have a good understanding of all bus and coach services and products they provide, giving detailed travel and information to passengers, while acting as a brand ambassador for Heathrow Airport at all times.
As one of the Advisors, you will be an integral part of the team and your enthusiastic, flexible approach will help to ensure that passengers have a hassle free, friendly, and efficient service ensuring positive outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
- Able to problem solve to ensure positive outcomes
- Acts as a brand ambassador for Heathrow
- Have a good knowledge of scheduled bus and coach operations for the Terminals and West Ramp Coach
- Provide support to assist passengers, drivers and Heathrow Colleagues
- Take control during disruptions, liaising with colleagues throughout the business
- Ensuring a safe working environment by reporting areas of concern
- Follow TAS policies and Drug, Alcohol and Equal opportunities policies
- Carry out other duties as requested by the Line Managers or Head of Operations
- Covering night shift when required
