Salary: £23,000-£28,000 per annum + annual performance related bonus of up to 7.5% of salary
Hours: 35 hours per week, 9am-5pm Monday - Friday
At NFU Mutual Chester & Maelor Agency we are currently recruiting for an office-based Customer Service Advisor to join our dynamic team to support our high net worth customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email and in person to a range of customers who require our bespoke insurance policies
  • Assist our clients with policy renewals, amendments, and claims, ensuring they receive outstanding service throughout their insurance journey
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance our customer journey
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
  • provide executive administration and PA support to the senior agents
