CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR HYBRID - 6 MONTH CONTRACT

  • Dartford / Work from Home Hybrid (Tuesday and Thursday from home)
  • £26,000 full time equivalent salary
  • 8:45am-5pm Monday to Friday
  • 6-8 month Contract

Our client, a prestigious automotive company, is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team for a contract to start ASAP. As the go-to person for customer interactions, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the brand’s premium strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, complaints, and general enquiries with professionalism and expert knowledge.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently, aiming for first-time resolution and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer data and cases through the CRM platform, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
  • Proactively identify potential customer concerns and take proactive steps to address them before contact is made.
  • Place outbound marketing calls to convert enquiries into test-drive leads, utilising various channels such as live chat and online platforms.
  • Uphold GDPR compliance and ensure the highest regard for customer data privacy
  • Collaborate with the dealer network to resolve complex customer issues and provide support for vehicle repairs
  • Contribute to team meetings by sharing common issues and proposing solutions to enhance the customer service journey
