Responsibilities:
AS PART OF THIS ROLE, YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Own customers complaints from inception through to resolution
- Engage with customers through outbound telephone calling, email and webchat
- Identifying the cause of an issue and utilising the tools available to enable a resolution in a timely manner
- Creating Customers For Life and improving their experience
