Description:
We’re looking for a Contract Support Advisor to join our Contract Administration team based in Cambridgeshire and the surrounding areas.
Location: Cambridgeshire with some remote working available. Travel to other sites may be required.
Hours: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
As a Contract Support Advisor, you’ll be working within the Administrative team, supporting them in operational duties.
Your day to day will include:
- To communicate effectively with customers, both internally and externally for the capture, recording and distribution of service calls onto the CAFAM system
- Phone cover as and when required by your Team Leader.
- Monitoring of inboxes as and when required by your Team Leader
- Raising of new work orders for Contract Managers
- Raising of reactive work orders for Kier engineers.
This role of Contract Support Advisor is great for you if:

- Ability to create and maintain effective working relationships
- Demonstrable IT literacy with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Outlook
