Description:

We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Out of Hours based in Basingstoke.
Location: On site - Basingstoke
Contract: Part Time, Permanent - Every Saturday and Sunday

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Customer Service Advisor , you’ll be working within the Customer Service team, supporting them in providing out of hours emergency cover for our Clients across FM and Housing Maintenance.

Your day to day will include:

  • To communicate effectively with Customers, both internally and externally for the capture, recording and distribution of service calls into the CAFAM System.
  • Raising of new work orders/jobs for various contracts
  • Raising of reactive work orders for Kier engineer/Sub-Contractor attendance
  • Monitoring various outlook inboxes.

This role of Customer Service Advisor is great for you if:

  • You have an excellent telephone manner, with strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • You have the ability to create and maintain effective working relationships.
  • You have demonstrable IT literacy with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • You can demonstrate accurate data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
