Pinnacle Group are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to provide exceptional customer service and support. Your responsibilities will include acting as the first point of contact aiming to resolve queries as quickly and efficiently as possible and accurately record updates on CRM system.
You will be joining our Homes Team based in Larkhill. Our Customer Solutions Team plays a crucial role as part of Pinnacle Service Families, our largest contract managing 49,000 military family homes on behalf of the Ministry of Defence. As part of the team, you’ll sign up to our mission: To be champions of Service Families, advocating for them in everything we do.

Key responsibilities:
- Contact families that have raised a concern/complaints ensuring we have all of the relevant information to investigate and resolve the issues.
- Delivering clear communications to ensure families have transparency during every interaction
- Create trusting relationships with stakeholders
- Providing impeccable levels of service to the armed forces families
- Writing closure letters to customers explaining their complaints outcome and actions taken
Key Requirements:
- Experience in customer service and/ or complaint handling
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- Ability to confidently build a rapport with customers
- Confident, courteous, and professional manner
- Empathetic approach and fantastic listening skills
