Customer Service Advisor (MAT Cover)

Job Description
We have an opportunity for someone with excellent customer services experience and strong interpersonal skills to join us in our Showroom Operational Support team here in Leicester.
As a Showroom Support Advisor, you will ensure that all our UK and European Watches of Switzerland showrooms and boutiques receive an experience that is world class through the chosen channel of contact.
You will be responsible for ensuring all colleagues are given the highest level of support and guidance to ensure their issues are resolved whilst training colleagues to reduce the need to repeat the contact.
Working with values as part of a team, you will work with everyone in upholding our Policies and Procedures, identifying the need to create and refine policies. Problem solving is a key aspect of the role while delivering excellent service and demonstrating a positive and can-do manner.
You will need to be fully flexible to work between the hours of 8:30am and 9pm as there are various shifts including 1 in 4 weekends
