You will work in our Back Office department and will report directly into a Team leader.

What we are ideally looking for in you

  • Administration and telephony experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given.
  • Good organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise own workload.
  • High levels of attention to detail.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Experience of Microsoft Office and Outlook/Excel.
  • Experience of using database platforms.
  • Must be a hard worker that’s ready to get stuck in Other personal attributes that we would like you to have
  • Happy to be speaking with both customers of our clients and our own internal workforce over the phone.
  • IT literate – You will be using numerous Microsoft programmes including Excel, Outlook and Teams along with other systems.
  • Ability to work in an agile environment – Able to react to anything that may happen throughout the day.

Responsibilities:

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

The purpose of this role is to be the face of MPAAS and provide excellent customer service to inbound and outbound calls to customers. To respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email and SMS.

YOUR OVERARCHING KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Predominantly taking inbound and outbound calls to our customers
  • Ensuring that systems and date are kept up to date daily.
  • Providing support to our offshore teams.
  • Monitor and respond to customer queries within SLA via email & phone.
  • Any other duties as required from time to time in response to business changes

THE SALARY & TERMS APPLICABLE FOR THIS ROLE

  • Basic Salary: £23,500
  • Bonus: Company performance related bonus of up to 10%
  • Holidays: 23 days + bank holidays - Plus 1 extra day per year worked for MPAAS, up to a maximum of 25
  • Holiday Buy & Sell Scheme: You will have the opportunity to purchase up to 5 extra days holiday per year, or sell any unused holidays back to the business.
  • Vitality Private Medical Healthcare: After 3 months service, you will have the opportunity to be enrolled into our Vitality Private Medical Care scheme.
  • Life Assurance Cover – If the most unfortunate was to happen whilst you were an employee of MPAAS, a beneficiary of your choice will receive 2x your annual salary
