Poppies Europe Ltd are a leading manufacturer of catering disposables. We proudly fly the flag of ‘Made In Britain’ and most likely if you have used a paper napkin it was produced by Poppies at its manufacturing plant in Merseyside
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Services Advisor. The main purpose of this role is to build and maintain an excellent working relationship with customers whilst continually striving to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
Customer Service Advisor Overview

In this role you will be:

  • Dealing with customer queries by phone and email.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer communications and relevant correspondence.
  • Building and strengthening relationships with customers and calling pro-actively whether with good or bad news.
  • Endeavouring to ensure that the relationship with our customers is second to none.
  • Progressing customer orders
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure a high level of customer service

  • Raising the profile of Customer Services in line with our business’s key pillars.
  • Actively seeking opportunities to exceed our customer’s expectations

About you

  • Strong previous experience in a customer service environment.
  • Manufacturing experience (but not essential)
  • Experience using Microsoft package (Excel, word, power point.
  • Experience using SAP desired
  • Organised, structured, and professional, with passion and drive.
  • Flexibility, resilience, and ability to influence.
  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively as a team.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage varied workload in a face paced working environment.
  • Accountable and flexible.
  • Integrity under pressure.

Salary - Dependent on Experience
Working hours - 9am - 5.00pm (Monday to Friday)
