THE ROLE IS EITHER PART HOME BASED AND PART OFFICE BASED OR FULL OFFICE - FULLY REMOTE WORKING IS NOT AVAILABLE WITH THIS ROLE
The Commissions role entails providing world class support to partner mortgage advisory firms on all financial aspects of their contract with PRIMIS, facilitate payment to Network Appointed Representative Firms (ARs), whilst reconciling payments received from all Lenders and Product Providers on the Network panel. Apply relevant charges to the partner firms in line with their contracts.
Strong customer service skills are necessary for success in this role.
The successful candidate will have a strong eye for detail, be skilled with Microsoft office and in particular Excel, have previous administrative / data entry experience and be able to offer truly World Class service to our partner firms.
ACTIVITIES / DUTIES -
- Communicate effectively with advisers (our customers), both via phone and e-mail, regarding all aspects of their payments and any commission queries
- Liaise with other departments within the Network to ensure quality service is provided to partner firms
- Strive to deliver World Class Service to our AR’s and internal customers
- Support Suspense clearance and commission reconciliation in the Toolbox platform
- Perform scheduled tasks as set out by the Manager outside of day to day queries
- Produce scheduled and Ad Hoc MI for partner firms and other departments
- Contribute towards the development, maintenance and testing of any new systems and processes as appropriate.
The role is based on the Methuen Business Park in Chippenham SN14 with the hours being 9 – 5 Mon - Fri and is either full office based or a mix between home and office.
