This role is based in Bootle.

This role is based in Bootle and our current expectation is at least 2 days in an office every week.

This role is 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00 alongside one in every four Saturdays with a day off during the week.

Responsibilities:

  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service either from a face to face or a telephony background, previous financial services background isn’t essential as we’ll provide you training
  • The ability to listen and communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their need
