Description:
Position: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Upperdale Road, Normanton, Derby
- £11.44 – £12.20 per hour.
- Loyalty bonus.
- Monday to Friday 30 – 40 hours per week negotiable.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll work in our garage reception, providing essential support to the branch manager. Your primary responsibilities will involve keeping customers informed about their vehicles, generating quotations, and managing booking requests. While prior experience in an automotive setting would be advantageous, it is not essential for the right candidate.
