Description:
We are looking for assistance at our counters to serve our valued customers. Based at the busy Auckland Airport and feeling the pulse of the city as travellers come and go - you will enjoy the excitement of people taking journeys!
Responsibilities:
From our customer counter you will greet and interact with customers, assist with their rental needs promote and market products and services and complete rental transactions, contracts, and bookings. You will also assist with general customer enquiries and finding resolutions to queries.
To ensure our customers always get the best experience, you will also be required to inspect vehicles for damages and cleanliness.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Establishing customer car rental needs by actively listening
- Review in detail our various add on’s and services as to determine what may best suit the customer.
- Communicate rental procedures and guidelines effectively.
- Complete rental bookings and process payments in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner
- Answering customer questions and enquiries
