Responsibilities:
- Accountable for customer facing activities/customer experience, leading as SPOC for customer, adopting customer centric mindset.
- focusing mainly on customer interaction related activities (in/outbound)
- Collaborate with Supply Planners & Logistics to ensure Customers expectations are met & over delivered against their Expectations.
- Follow up and communicate status of existing open orders to secure Henkel delivery Commitments & Customers Required Deliveries are met.
- Build customer relationship by supporting enquiries; Collect feedback & identify opportunities to drive CSAT, including regular visits
- Track budgets and report variances to Customer Service Head (R)
- Assist to stakeholder engagement by arranging action/meetings/events/supporting materials to promote stakeholder understanding & commitment
- Act as part of the team providing direct customer service
- Deal with most complex and valuable queries and issues
- Collaborate closely with internal partners (CSX, CoE, GBS+, SC), judging and aligning priorities to meet customer needs vs. SC capabilities
- Contribute to reviewing operations & generate ideas for identifying cont. impr. to enhance operat. efficiencies/streamline workflows/CX
