OVERVIEW

Willow Academy Ltd are on an exciting journey of expansion within our brand new Head Quarters. We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team in an evolving & exciting professional nail brand within the Nail & Beauty Sector. This role is 100% office based within a modern, warm & inviting setting which requires strong communication skills and the ability to assist our valued Willow customers effectively via email.

SKILLS

  • Proficient in English
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills when required
  • Strong analytical skills to understand customer requirements
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently

    Job Type: Fixed term contract
    Contract length: 6 months
    Pay: £15.00 per hour
    Expected hours: No more than 30 per week

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via email, and live chat
  • Assist customers with product enquiries, orders, and issue resolution
  • Provide information about products and services
  • Upsell products where appropriate
  • Analyse customer needs to offer the best solutions
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately whilst processing returns
    -Be confident in Excel, Word & sending professionally written emails.
    -Light office duties to assist the owner will also be required from time to time
