As our Customer Service and Administrative Support Agent, you will be responsible for a wide variety of customer support and clerical duties such as answering phones and email inquiries, preparing correspondence and documents, and filing. Some of the additional expectations of this role include:
- Manage customer requests (web, email, etc.)
- Respond to counter service
- Maintain and execute the work schedule of Field Service Technicians
- Generate customer work orders and communicate with field service technicians/operations to ensure all service requirements are met
- Assist technicians with customer inquiries and service inspections
- Quotation and invoicing of orders and service works
- Produce fire inspection reports and certificates
- Maintain up-to-date customer information, product information and other related information in the ERP
- Process billing
- Ensure high levels of internal and external customer service through prompt response to inquiries and requests
- Strong Focus to Assist Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions with tasks such as:
- Complete new account request forms for vendors
- Complete new supplier forms for our customers
- Provide banking information to the customer for payments
- Accept payment by credit card and validate the payment
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results, as required
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and colleagues

- Knowledge of computerized accounting systems and Microsoft Office is a must
Candidate must also possess the following experience and/or education:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a fast past service environment, preferably in industrial/construction industries.
- An educational background in fire services, construction or office administration would be preferred.
- NOTE: All combinations of education in a related and experience will be considered.
