Customer Service Associate / Catering Specialist

Duties:

• Address customer questions and concerns
• Take customer orders for both same day pickup and catering
• Receive payment on customer catering orders
• Enter catering orders into the catering system and delivery system
• Provide recommendations to customers

Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills, including the ability to count money and make change.
- Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of retail math is a plus.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge about food and hosting events
