MAIN GOAL

Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Lead a customer service team to maintain high standards of service and satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with customers, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Oversee order fulfillment and ensure accurate processing of customer orders.
- Collaborate with sales and procurement teams to efficiently meet customer demands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer interactions, ensuring timely updates on orders and product availability.
- Track customer contracts and ensure all terms and conditions are met.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality.
