Description:
We are a fast-growing eCommerce business specialising in radiators and bathroom products. We’re currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Sales Advisor to join our team on a full-time basis. If you’re reliable, organised, and passionate about customer service and sales, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer enquiries via email, phone, and webchat
- Liaising with suppliers and couriers to ensure deliveries are to schedule
- Assisting with general customer support queries and resolving issues promptly
- Engaging with customers in the showroom on Saturdays, providing product information and assistance with sales
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information
