Description:

Customer Service / Administration Apprenticeship - Level 2
Fixed Term Apprenticeship for 15 months
37.5 hours per week - Minimum of £6.82 an hour

We are looking for motivated individuals who desire or are interested in undertaking an apprenticeship in a customer service/ administration role within our Trust in Coventry and Warwickshire.

Important: To be eligible for an apprenticeship, you need to have the right to work in the U.K. and to have continuously lived in the UK for 3 years.
You must not be in education upon employment.

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust provides a full range of expanding physical, mental health and learning disability services to children, young adults, adults and older adults over many sites across Coventry, Warwickshire and Solihull.
Services are provided to a population of over one million people living in Coventry and Warwickshire and also a wider geographical area in some of our specialist services, we see on average around 5,000 patients every day.

We will provide you with training and ongoing support to enable you to use the systems and processes already set up within a department. We expect that you can demonstrate good customer service and interpersonal skills and have good computer skills, including experience of using Microsoft Office packages such as Word and Excel.
The roles are for a fixed term of 15 months and involve support for you to study for an apprenticeship in Customer Services Level 2
