OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Apprentice to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to analyse customer needs effectively. REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficiency in English is essential
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a focus on customer needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse information and provide solutions.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • A friendly disposition with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the business.
