Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction: Handle both inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients promptly and effectively.
First Call Resolution: Strive to resolve inquiries on the first contact by providing accurate information and support.
Time Management: Balance phone duties with clerical tasks efficiently, ensuring smooth operations.
Research and Resolve: Quickly research and gather necessary information to resolve customer queries.
Data Management: Enter customer data accurately into our client management software.
Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate priority issues to ensure timely resolutions.
Call Routing: Route calls to the appropriate resources within the organization to enhance client experience.
Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a relevant role, showcasing your customer service expertise.
Typing Skills: A typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Office Knowledge: Understanding of modern office procedures and equipment.
Independence: Ability to work independently while managing responsibilities efficiently.
