Description:
POSITION OVERVIEW
This position is responsible for providing customers supports, maintaining the good relationship with all internal and external stakeholders.
COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Knowledge /Skills
- Previous experience in a similar customer service role( ideally at least 2 year or demonstrated knowledge and skills to meet the requirements of the role).
- Intermediate knowledge Microsoft office applications ( e.g. Word and Excel)
- Advance communication skills ( both verbal and written) in Chinese and English.

Relevant Diploma Degree or above.

Responsibilities:
- Performing customer sales and service transitions with business customers
- Managing high value transactions accurately -which includes handling and processing cash, credit cards, and EFTPOS sales;
- Assisting customers with credit note and refund issues
- Help company contact customers and chase the outstanding payment
- Building rewarding relationship with customers by understanding their needs
- Promoting our products and services through up-selling and cross selling, merchandising and other promotional activities
- Assisting with administrative duties such as filing, stationary ordering, record keeping and stocktaking etc.
- Assisting the tidy up and the image of the show room area
- Prepare weekly report to the team leader etc.
