Description:

POSITION OVERVIEW

This position is responsible for providing customers supports, maintaining the good relationship with all internal and external stakeholders.

COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Knowledge /Skills

  • Previous experience in a similar customer service role( ideally at least 2 year or demonstrated knowledge and skills to meet the requirements of the role).
  • Intermediate knowledge Microsoft office applications ( e.g. Word and Excel)
  • Advance communication skills ( both verbal and written) in Chinese and English.

Relevant Diploma Degree or above.

Pay: $26.00 – $30.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Performing customer sales and service transitions with business customers
  • Managing high value transactions accurately -which includes handling and processing cash, credit cards, and EFTPOS sales;
  • Assisting customers with credit note and refund issues
  • Help company contact customers and chase the outstanding payment
  • Building rewarding relationship with customers by understanding their needs
  • Promoting our products and services through up-selling and cross selling, merchandising and other promotional activities
  • Assisting with administrative duties such as filing, stationary ordering, record keeping and stocktaking etc.
  • Assisting the tidy up and the image of the show room area
  • Prepare weekly report to the team leader etc.
