Description:
Job Title: Customer Service Assistant - Lifeguard/Front of House
Location: Ross-on-Wye
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £11.44 per hour
Rota: 4-week rotating schedule
QUALIFICATIONS:
- National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (or the ability to obtain it through training).
Responsibilities:
- Provide safe supervision of poolside areas, preventing accidents and injuries.
- Perform rescues, administer first aid, and address inappropriate behavior in the pool.
- Offer friendly and efficient customer service at the front desk, guiding visitors on activities and services.
- Work a regular, structured rota with opportunities for career progression through training.
