JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to analyse customer needs effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous retail experience in a customer service role is mandatory.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Handle complaints and resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Upsell additional products or services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry in our system.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery processes.
