JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous retail experience in a customer service role is mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required by the business.
