Description:

Location: Wincanton, Somerset, BA9 8HA
We are recruiting for a Full time Customer Service Assistant to work at Otter Garden Centre, Wincanton. This is a Full time role working 5 days per week.
You will be working in our Furniture/ Christmas department.

REQUIREMENTS

Duties will include

  • Using the tills
  • Helping customers with product enquiries and taking orders.
  • Using your detailed knowledge of the products in your department to increase sales
  • Ensuring products layout is maintained to high standards.
  • Stock management, which will include managing all stock orders and deliveries.

The ideal candidate will

  • Have excellent customer service & communication skills
  • Be computer literate including excel and powerpoint
  • Have warehouse experience including picking and packing of stock
  • Be a strong team player
  • Able to work on your own using your initiative
  • Forklift experience is desirable
