Responsibilities:
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
This is a full time, hands-on position working within a creative, energetic & highly focused Customer Service team. You will be working together closely with the Customer Service team, Operations team and Internal Account Managers, ensuring all records are up to date and all outstanding works are carried out or booked on time, supplying an unforgettable level of service.
KEY DUTIES:
- Completing customer returns paperwork by liaising with various departments across the company.Raising credit notes for customer returns.
- Manage and track courier claims
- Handling phone calls via Reception and distributing as necessary.
- Arranging supplier returns.
- Handling claims from external suppliers.
- Directing the requests and solving outstanding queries to the customers accounts.
- Manage internal spreadsheets for customer queries, complaints and comments.
- Support the dynamic internal sales team as requested.
- Ad Hoc Administration duties as required.
- Sending POD’s to customers.
