Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

This role is varied, and always busy. As a Customer Service Advisor, you might be tasked with using our in house systems and following a set process to check the validity of ID documents. You might be responsible for passing the important legal information relating to the sale of a property to one of our legal teams. Either way, you’ll need excellent telephone skills and fantastic administration capabilities

Duties include:

  • Legal administration
  • Client ID verification
  • Scanning and processing documents
  • Inbound and outbound customer contact
  • Providing updates on files
  • Achievement of SLA’s

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

Must be within commutable distance of Leicester. We’re based in Enderby!
A background in customer service or a willingness to learn
Confident IT user
Available to work shift patterns 8am-8pm Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm Saturday and 10am-3pm Sunday on a permanent basis.
