Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be in the front desk, supporting doctors in their medical appointments and using the platform, answering customer questions and responding to complaints.

As a Customer Service Associate, you will:

  • Booking home consultations, ensuring efficiency
  • Handling emails and calls related to home consultations
  • Registration and management of appointment requests
  • Controlling and monitoring of home consultations activity in real time
  • Coordinating with the triage team and doctors
  • Passing on feedback to other teams
  • Ensuring a positive experience to doctors, customers and partners

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE, HERE ARE THE SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • You have previously worked in customer service;
  • Graduation Degree;
  • Computer skills and good ability to use different tools simultaneously;
  • Good communication and argumentation skills;
  • Team spirit;
  • Time flexibility, namely for shifts (24h);
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally to all levels in business.
