Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be in the front desk, supporting doctors in their medical appointments and using the platform, answering customer questions and responding to complaints.
As a Customer Service Associate, you will:
- Booking home consultations, ensuring efficiency
- Handling emails and calls related to home consultations
- Registration and management of appointment requests
- Controlling and monitoring of home consultations activity in real time
- Coordinating with the triage team and doctors
- Passing on feedback to other teams
- Ensuring a positive experience to doctors, customers and partners
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE, HERE ARE THE SKILLS WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- You have previously worked in customer service;
- Graduation Degree;
- Computer skills and good ability to use different tools simultaneously;
- Good communication and argumentation skills;
- Team spirit;
- Time flexibility, namely for shifts (24h);
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally to all levels in business.
