Job Description

This position is responsible for maintaining a positive customer service experience for internal and external customers, entry of orders, account and documentation maintenance and various customer service support as assigned.

  • Support with ongoing daily receipt, entering and confirmation of orders in a timely manner.
  • Collect customer account documents and setup new accounts in coordination with sales as required.
  • Communicate with customers regarding their orders and coordinate with appropriate sales representatives regarding customer needs.
  • Maintaining customer service, logistics and sales relevant records.
  • Provide administrative support to Customer Service Supervisor and Customer Operations Specialist, including but not limited to: project support, documentation of processes and procedures and record keeping.
  • Maintain an efficient and organized work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or professional commercial education.
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in a customer facing role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Microsoft Office experience required.
  • SAP or similar ERP Software experience preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to effectively deal with a variety of people ranging from patients to health care professionals, and internal customers.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks quickly and effectively.
  • Demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • English and German (fluent in spoken and written).
