  • Be a first point of liasion for customers
  • To gather required information/documents as required for various tasks

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information to customer’s questions
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs.
  • Prepare basic documents for clients

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of company secretary or accounting is a plus
