Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with the support and assistance they need. Your ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and ensure customer satisfaction will be key to success in this position.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- Previous experience in a customer service or related role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
- Conversational proficiency in Italian and/or English is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product and service information, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and their needs met.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve the customer experience.
- Provide feedback to management on recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to processes and products.
- Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics and goals.
