Description:

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for a customer or an account. Ownership starts when a customer places an inquiry regarding material availability through the order registration process, order changes and escalations all the way until order has been shipped and invoice generated. Depending on terms the responsibility may include POD.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Well-developed management, communicative and administrative skills.
  • Oracle experience.
  • Negotiations skills.
  • Sense of urgency and good follow-up skills.
  • Understand MRP, purchasing & planning bills.
  • Customer satisfaction focused.
  • Demonstrating Ethics and Integrity
  • Establishing Effective Teamwork
  • Building and Maintaining Relationships

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Call center Experience Desirable.

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Books orders in Oracle system
  • Responsible for the main communication of ship dates to the customer.
  • Daily coordination of information between, production planning, purchasing, and shipping
  • Provides availability, and refers to Account Management for pricing, quotes for Standard and Configurable products.
  • Manage and coordination of customer requests for returns and cancellations.
  • Provides documentation and meets with customers and Vertiv AR for invoice disputes.
  • Generates, daily, weekly, monthly backlog reports & Shipping reports.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Works closely with Vertiv Sales and Account Management team.Receive & follow up calls from Call center.
